Sign In and Out Procedures

Parents are responsible for signing their child in and out of the center each day. You must notify us when you will be picking up your child late. A picture I.D. is required to pick up your child. Children will not be released to minors or to anyone appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Admission and Enrollment

Parents are required to complete a Medical Emergency Form, provide immunication records, and agree to the statement of services and fees.

Liability Coverage

Kinderland Daycare provides a liability coverage which meets or exceeds State requirements.

Meals

Kinderland Daycare provides children with breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner (Mesa location only). Please let us know if your child has any medical dietary restrictions.

Medications

Only doctor prescribed medication will be administered for life-threatening illnesses such as asthma. Medication must be in its original container, labeled with the name of the child, name of the medication, and dosage. A doctor's prescription is required.

Illnesses

Please do not bring your child to the daycare when he or she is ill. If you child become ill at the center, we will contact the parent first then other authorized individuals if the parent cannot be contacted. Please pick up your child within 1 hour of being contacted.

Discipline

Kinderland Daycare prohibits the use of physical, verbal or abusive discipline. Redirection and appropriate time- outs are used.

Personal Possessions

Children may not bring any toys, jewelry, or anything that may be of value to you. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged.

Transportation

Kinderland Daycare provides transportation to and from school depending on availability. Please talk to us regarding your child's transportation needs.

Files

We are required to periodically update medical and personal data. Please inform us immediately of any changes in phone numbers, addresses, employment, or immunizations.
